Ivy

We had a nice clean box set up for her to whelp in, but Luna wanted to whelp under the blue East Texas sky. She scratched at the door so we let her out for what we thought was a quick potty break before the work started, but in the blink of an eye she was popping out puppies!

She had three puppies in the Garden, but then she started scratching at the door! Us human folk were getting pretty hot and maybe a little sunburned under the Texas sun so we followed Luna’s lead and brought the whole operation inside to our quiet, calm, and, most importantly, COOL library. There in the natural light peeking through the window, Luna had her next tricolor girl, Ivy.

Everyone loved her right from the start! She was one popular little puppy! She went to a family who decided to name her “Lady”.

It’s funny looking back- she was named Lady and she grew up to be the most sophisticated little puppy. She has a gentleness about her that really shows what a Lady she is.

Well, Lady was the kind of puppy we wouldn’t mind keeping all for ourselves, but the family who gave her such an appropriate name was a perfect fit. They loved their little Lady and although we were sad to see her go, we’re glad she’s living with people who appreciate her delicate beauty and gentle grace!
